Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

3. 3Package the product securely and include a copy of the receipt
4. 4Send the package to the address we provide

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Custom products or those specifically designed for you are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund.
