All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Processing time includes 3D printing the product, manual finishing, and packaging. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer shipping throughout the European Union. Delivery times vary by destination (5-10 business days). Customs duties may apply for shipments outside Spain.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time or there's any issue with delivery, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the courier to resolve the problem.
